Our comfortable twin bedroom is light and friendly with ample space for your clothes in the built in wardrobes. The ensuite shower room is both roomy and bright, whilst remaining totally private.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided as is a colour TV and hair drier.

As our exclusive guest you will breakfast in our elegant dining room,
looking out onto the conservatory and our award winning garden. We are happy to serve the
traditional full English breakfast or Continental, as you wish.

The enclosed front garden is at your disposal with ample parking and seating for your relaxation.

Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Fowey it is
just a ten minutes walk away from the coastal paths and beaches with
a 15 minutes walk into the town itself.
How to find us:
From the A390 going west,
take the B3269 to Fowey after passing through Lostwithiel. Drive to
the outskirts of Fowey and take the second left turning to Lankelly
Close. This is opposite Lankelly Lane.
